All complaints can be submitted directly via email to [email protected].
Complaints for the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards Complaints submitted will be reviewed by our staff and resolved within seven (7) business days. A member of our staff will review the complaint and make judgment based on the information and evidence available. If someone is unsatisfied with the decision made then they may appeal to have another senior member of staff review the information and evidence available. The outcome of any review will be on a case-by-case basis and dependent upon the type of complaint and or its severity.
